Our Job Is Nature Care

Welcome

Our mission is to empower smallholder farmers through hands-on training in regenerative agriculture to address climate change and create a more sustainable, equitable food production and distribution system.

What We Do

COMMUNTY TRAINING.jpg

We help smallholder farmers build economic stability and resilience by promoting diversified farming systems and alternative income-generating activities such as ecotourism and agroforestry, livestock integration.

We are committed to supporting regenerative agriculture practices that benefit both people and the planet.

Through initiatives such as agroecology, permaculture, and organic farming, as well as regenerative agriculture practices like agroforestry and conservation agriculture, we help smallholder farmers improve soil health, conserve biodiversity, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Additionally, we support smallholder farmers by providing them with access to inputs, financing, technical assistance, and markets through initiatives like farmer group, microfinance programs, and public-private partnerships.

We also work to address systemic inequalities in the food system through fair trade, local food systems, and value chain development, which can improve smallholder farmers' access to markets and ensure fair pricing.

By partnering with us, smallholder farmers can access the tools and resources they need to improve their livelihoods, increase crop yields, and mitigate the effects of climate change. We are committed to promoting sustainable agriculture practices that not only benefit farmers but also protect the environment and support local communities. Join us on this mission to build a better future for all.

Our Progress

Over the past few years, we have consistently conducted training sessions aimed at promoting environmental restoration, conservation, and protection, as well as food and nutrition security and income generation within various communities. As a result of our efforts, there has been a significant improvement in the overall environment and livelihoods of beneficiaries. This positive change is evidenced by an increase in the number of daily balanced meals, from one to three, as well as a reduction in malnutrition cases and other benefits.

To ensure the preservation of biodiversity, we have been very mindful of conservation and protection measures. Additionally, we have welcomed international volunteers to join us in our efforts. Although there is still much work to be done, we are confident in the progress that has been made thus far. Our organization and the communities we serve are excited to continue making a significant impact towards achieving our goals.

I am incredibly thankful for the Regenshope Initiative that arranged the regenerative agriculture training and their efforts to transform the food system. Since implementing regenerative agriculture practices, our crop yields have increased and our diet has become healthier.
